There were issues with the AC on the first and second days. Complex brought a temp unit that only cooled 1 bedroom. Second day complex said issue was fixed but was not. We turned it completely off for several hours while out of the apartment and when we arrived back the AC was working again. Missing a remote for one of the tvs. Apartment was clean and pool was great! Check in and door lock process was confusing and having to download the Landing app and using that for communication was also confusing. Customer service with Landing was very helpful each time I had to call.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
Upon arrival the ac was not function. It was 80 in the condo. The initial response was good, when I told them, but they never sent anyone out to fix. I asked a couple times to have some one out, but no one came. We were told to sleep with windows open instead of them coming to fix it. My kids were up until 3 am the first night because of all the noise outside. Luckily I have an hvac background and was able to fix it myself the second night. Still never received a response from anyone after the initial response to open the windows. Also, the opener for the gate did not work at all, but that wasn't that big of a deal because street parking was plentiful. I find it sad that after spending that much money for the weekend, I had had to work to makes sure my family was comfortable and the owner did not care in the least.
