Nice apartment in a fantastic neighborhood

Recreio is THE BEST neighborhood in Rio. It’s so safe and the beach is great. The apartment is right on the beach, with a cute restaurant next door. The complex is really safe and has a nice pool. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. William was very helpful and available if we needed anything

Excellent location, pleasant stay.

This beautiful apartment is situated in a lovely spot on Recreio beach, close to restaurants and bars, and right in front of the best surfing site in the area. Very safe and friendly area. William met us at the property and was a very warm and pleasant host. The apartment was well furnished, and was overall clean and well-kept. Being open to the ocean air and so very close to the beach, there was some corrosion on the metal in the apartment…(light fixtures, curtain rods, etc…).this did not impact our stay at all, as we understand the effects of the salt air and the price for the apartment was extremely reasonable. This apartment is an excellent value for the location and we hope to return some day with our kids, as having a second bedroom with twin beds is perfect for our family. Obrigado, William! Foi ótimo!

Great location

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment right in front of praia da macumba. The apartment couldn't be located better. The landlord was extremely helpful with check in and anything that we needed while on the premises. The reasons that I'm giving 4 stars is because he charged us a fee in person for bringing two small dogs despite the fact that we put animals in the reservation (and paid a fee for them up front as well). He also had left one of the rooms and bathrooms locked at first. He said it was because he thought we were a couple, which really has nothing to do with the fact that we paid for the entire apartment, not half of it. I also think the apartment could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly upon check in. At the end of the day, this is a good apartment in an exceptional location with plenty of amenities. I would definitely recommend a stay here depending on the group and the situation, as long as the expectations are set up front with the group and the owner.

La vista es espectacular y a un paso de la arena, el depto muy grande. Tiene lo necesario y si falta algo William te lo consigue con la mejor onda. Estuvimos 10 días ; 5 lluviosos pero el depto nos mantuvo entretenidos.Smart Tv en todos los cuartos ; gym; sauna; javuzzi en el edificio. Vamos a volver

Tolle Lage...

Tolle Lage, direkt am Surferstrand und sehr hilfsbereiter Verwalter.Allerdings waren alle Sitzgelegenheiten aus Plastik (auch Sitzkissen). Balkontüren und Schranktüren ließen sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen.Auf dem schönen großen Balkon schien leider nur 2 Stunden am Nachmittag die Sonne. Uralte Klimaanlagen arbeiteten sehr laut, die Steckdosen hatten Wackelkontakt und Fäkalgerüche drangen in die Wohnung.Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht, hatten aber höhere Erwartungen

Very comfortable apartment, great location

My family and I had a great experience staying in William’s place. The location is very convenient (right in front of the beach and good restaurants). We were warmly greeted by the host, he was very attentive and friendly to us. I will definitely come back!

Tranquilo na praia

O local é muito bom. Vista perfeita, com estrutura completa tanto no apartamento como no condomínio. Um local no Rio fora da muvuca das praias centrais, com as melhores e mais limpas da cidade.

Ótimo atendimento! Tudo muito limpo, e funcionando perfeitamente. Sem contar a localização, nem precisamos atravessar a rua para ir à praia. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza!!!
