Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful vacation and the home was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, lots of towels, beach toys, and the pool was great. We even saw a dolphin in the water near the dock behind the house. We would absolutely stay here again and Peggy was a great host. The neighborhood was gorgeous and just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants.

We love it here!

This is a beautiful home within close proximity to the beach and walking distance to many things Marco has to offer. House provided with beach cart and some pool stuff. Only thing not giving a full rating would be some minor things like not having a covered lanai which after winds and rain causes the pool to become dirty (understandably). It’s is an older home with some updates but overall our stay was great!

Fun on Marco Island

We had a great time at this property, and really enjoyed the house and location. The heated pool was amazing and used daily. I appreciated all of the towels provided by the owners and beach equipment. Location was very convenient and close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would definitely stay at this property again, and recommend it to others.

Long weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and it was the perfect getaway! The property was very clean, we could walk to the public beach access in less than 15 minutes, and plenty of restaurants between 10-15 min walk as well. The house was well stocked with bath and beach towels, there were some beach chairs and wagon in the garage to take to the beach, and the pool was heated perfectly by the first morning of our stay. We didn't even use one half of the house since it was just the 2 of us, but it would be perfect to bring our family back to. The host was easily/quickly reachable, though we didn't really need anything during our stay. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful

Stayed with my husband and our best friends. Home is exactly what you see. 2 blocks from beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and pool ! Peggy was great. Very responsive ! This will be a repeat winter getaway for sure !
