We were displaced over the Holidays due to a leak at our home. We were so grateful to find this rental home. The Host was very responsive and flexible. We enjoyed the entire home! There are double washers and dryers which helped tremendously. The neighborhood was nice and we were close to great food and grocery amenities. We will definitely consider this home again for a visit when it is warm so we can use the pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families and they allow one pet. Highly recommend this property for family renters.

UNT and Mother’s Day weekend

Very nice decore loved the house set up my only complaint is it was not very clean food was left in bbq and outside furniture was so dusty and dirty still nice set up one of the restrooms upstair shower was not clean a wash cloth left hanging over the shower rod, tub needs to be cleans liked that it was close to UNT

Huge house - Great for Families

We loved our stay at this house. We had multiple families stay there with kids ranging from 3 to 14 years old. It's WAY nicer than in the photos which was a pleasant surprise. Not a ton of kitchen cooking wear but we made do with what they had available. Great communication with the host and we were able to adjust our stay and accommodate a late check out which was amazing. Highly recommend this house. We will probably book it again if it's available next time we travel to Texas from out of state.
