This five bedroom, five bathroom condo includes two separate living rooms, a lower level game room, an outdoor deck, garage, wifi and sonos system. This beautiful property boasts 5 bedrooms, including one king bed, two queen beds, two double beds and 2 futons in the lower lever bedroom. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave beds unmade so the cleaners know which sheets to use. Please put all dirty towels in the laundry basket onto of the washer.
Please remember to leave two garage clickers and two gate key fobs in the basket on the entry way console.
Please bring trash can out to street on Sunday before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are parents of a Notre Dame student, class of 2027. We love spending time in South Bend and sharing our beautiful condo with other Notre Dame fans.
Why they chose this property
Stadium Village is the most sought after area in South Bend and the closest you can get to the stadium. With only 12 units in the complex it feels very private. We park our car when we arrive and walk everywhere (stadium, campus, eddy street, Martins).
What makes this property unique
This condo is perfect for large groups. With three separate seating areas, plus the garage and deck there is plenty of room to spread out. If the weather is bad we are close enough that you can tailgate in the garage and stay dry.
