This is lovely apartment -even better than the pictures show! It’s very well equipped and the owners do all they can to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Very clean with nice furnishings and the pool is well maintained. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance; both expensive ones and more local Cypriot ones so it covers all tastes. Lovely to sit on the balcony with your morning coffee, looking out at the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea. We shall be back!

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very spacious and clean, and has everything you might need- it has been very well thought out. A very convenient location, with a covered parking space - a boon in the hot weather- and a very efficient lift allowing easy access to the apartment. Lots of linen and towels and many modern conveniences. We have had a lovely time and will definitely be back! Thank you, Yuriy and Elena, for all your kindness.

We've been living in Cyprus for more than 20 years and I know many interesting things about history, traditions and customs of this ancient country. There are many unique places in this island and I'd be happy to share with our guests with all I know. I also love travelling, for last 20 years I visited more than 50 countries and I believe I know what travelers might be interested in. Despite the fact that I am a teacher, I love to study new things and obtain new knowledges and experiences. I'm open-minded and friendly person, loving to read, to grow my roses, to swim and to travel.

Why they chose this property

I can bet that our guests will not forget the sunrises and sunsets they met while sitting on spacious verandah with book, cup of coffee or glass of wine. Our apartment is right place to stay for either those who love active style of life or those who prefer quiet lifestyle. It's convenient place for both family travelers and explorers of new places.

What makes this property unique

Alania complex is placed in ecologically clean district of Limassol and if you open the window of bedroom facing north you can hear the sounds of wild partridges walking on the hills. Both adults and children will feel comfortable and safe in swimming pool/garden area with recreation zone. It's convenient place for both family travelers and explorers of new places.
