We split our time between Colorado and our villa right across from the condo here in Punta Cana, so we know and love this area well. In Colorado, we’re immersed in outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, camping, and hunting—anything that connects us to nature. We love this neighborhood for its exclusivity and resort-like atmosphere. It’s safe, peaceful, and offers a truly relaxing environment. Located just 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the beach, and 3 minutes from downtown Punta Cana, it’s incredibly convenient yet blissfully quiet. The area has a solid reputation for safety, and we’ve never experienced any incidents that would make us feel otherwise.
