The space
This beautiful two story villa has a gorgeous lake view. As you enter there is a living room and dining room on the left. Next is the open concept kitchen with an eating area and a tv area. This opens out onto the large lanai which overlooks the lake. There is plenty of seating for meals and swimmers. There is a covered area for shade. Downstairs is also a king ensuite with walk in closet. There is a garden tub and shower. In the hallway to the gameroom is a 1/2 bath. The laundry room is a passthrough to the gameroom.
