Todo súper bien la casa muy amplia y limpia El señor Juan Carlos (dueño)excelente en todo,muy buena comunicación con él siempre al pendiente de todo y la ubicación de la casa súper bien a pie de playa y con una alberca grande y limpia.

San Benito Beach House

Beautiful location! This house has amazing beach views. The ocean is right at your doorstep… the water level is shallow with sand bars and warm water! The outdoor living area is large and has an unfiltered pool to dip in. There are tvs and air conditioners in all the upstairs bedrooms. Juan Carlos installed a dryer at our request! We found him to be extremely helpful and he was very quick to respond if we had any questions while we were there. He has a grounds keeper named Gregario who was on the spot anytime we needed assistance. Having our own car rental was key to staying in this location. The kitchen has basic utensils and appliances that could use an upgrade however we managed fine. There is construction close by and a bread truck arrived daily at 5pm. We got to buy delicious fresh baked goods daily from the driveway! What a treat!

Jaun Carlos deserves a 5☆, all calls or whatsapp were answered quickly. Requests were attended to . Nice beach to walk on . So we rate the house at 3☆ .
