Excellent apartment, fully furnished, large living room with sea view, master bedroom with equal view (safe), with bathroom en suite, 2 bedroom with harbor view, with bathroom or toilet, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer , microwave etc.
Building has:
Multipurpose room, Gym, Kids Club. Heated pool and SAUNA.-
The building is located in the center of Punta del Este, a few steps from the Gorlero Avenue. There you can find several restaurants, shops and fashion stores, confectioners, exchange houses, taxi at the door of the building.
4 blocks from the bus terminal, 5 blocks from the port and very close to the Conrad Hotel and Casino Resort.
This apartment, being located in the center of the peninsula, has the advantage that there is no need to use a car or transport to enjoy the city and its beautiful beaches.
It also has a bedroom with a double bed, overlooking the sea, as well as a large living room, with the same view.
Provided with huge windows that open and from where you can access the balcony, the views overlook the beach Brava and Isla de Lobos.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price. If necessary, you can request this service, paying the difference.
Initial sheets and towels are provided and have an additional cost that can be paid in cash upon departure.
Extra expenses at check-out
The initial supply of clothes and laundry is not included, rate for two people USD 25, for 3 people USD 35.
To renew the provision of bed linen and towels during the stay, the rate is USD 25 for 2 people and USD 35 for 3 people.
Cleaning service included: once a week.

O apartamento tem uma excelente localização (próximo a ótimos restaurantes e perto da orla), é amplo, bem iluminado, aconchegante e contém todos os equipamentos necessários na cozinha. No mesmo quarteirão tem mercado, banco e casa de câmbio. Para ficar perfeito falta apenas trocar os travesseiros e melhorar a qualidade da roupa de cama. No mais, foi uma excelente estadia.

The apartment we rented from Mr. Oscar Devoto in Punta del Este was wonderful. It was very clean, wonderful view and the location could not have been better. We walked everywhere. It was very convenient to have a garage for our car. The WiFi was very good (important for us). Guillermina met us at the apartment and showed us how things worked. Unfortunately we only had three days, we would have liked to stay longer and enjoy the apartment for a longer time. I contacted Mr. Devoto by email with a question when we were in Montevideo and he answered us immediately. We hope we can return to Punta del Este and to this beautiful apartment. Thank you Mr. Devoto for giving us a good report. We hope to come back to Punta del Este.

Una excelente opción para disfrutar punta del este. La ubicación es de primera, además de estar en un piso alto, el aislamiento por las ventanas doble vidrio es genial. El depto tiene todo lo necesario, esta muy bien equipado con buen gusto y diseño. Es tal cual las fotos! El edificio tiene todos los servicios, incluyendo la bonita pileta que recibe sol toda la tarde. Oscar ha sido un gran anfitrión y estuvo atento a nosotros en todo momento. Sin duda ha sido una muy buena elección.
