Guest Policy:
After booking guest will be asked to provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names of all occupants. Up to the registered number of guests allowed. No parties or unregistered guests permitted. Essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for registered guests only.



Liability Agreement:
To ensure a smooth arrival and meet HOA requirements, all guests must sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is a mandatory step - check-in instructions will only be released once the agreement is submitted.
If not submitted on time, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
Thank you for your understanding.



Check-In Method:
Guests will be able to access the property through an electronic door lock. The unique door code will be provided on the day of check-in and is changed after each guest’s stay for security purposes.



Primary Renter Age Requirement:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. This is strictly enforced.



Parking Policy:
Parking is available in the designated lot next to the house for up to two vehicles. Please note that parking on the driveway is not permitted.



Early Check-In:
Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible. The cost is $100 - as early as available (must be confirmed with our customer service).
You will be able to purchase this option through our guest portal.



Late Check-Out:
Need a little more time? If available, we offer 2 extra hours for $100. Must be requested at least 1 day prior to check-out.

Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

Smoking Policy:
Absolutely no smoking inside the property. A $500 fine will apply for violations. Any smoke-related damage is the guest’s responsibility.



Doors & Windows:
Please keep all doors and windows closed when the A/C is running. This helps prevent humidity damage and ensures energy efficiency.



Local Environment:
Insects are a natural part of Florida’s tropical climate. We perform monthly pest control, but please keep doors closed to help minimize exposure.



Security:
For your safety, exterior security cameras are in place around the perimeter of the property.



Inventory Check:
An inventory check is completed after every stay. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.



Commercial Use:
The property may not be used for business purposes, public events, or product promotions.
