We had a 7-night stay at this property. It has a great location, close to the beach area (15-min walk), with Publix supermarket across the street. The area was quiet at night. We would come stay there again.

Great experience overall. Quiet neighborhood for a holiday weekend was pleasant. Some sugar sand ants and one visit from a palmetto cockroach, but that is probably to be expected being so close to the water, and being in a condo/apartment complex. Will probably book again when in town to visit family. Thank you for being great hosts. Everything was well stocked. There was no pull out couch as we had assumed. 😅

We take all guest feedback very seriously, but this review is completely inaccurate and does not reflect the reality of our property or neighborhood. There were no disturbances or incidents reported during this guest’s stay, and our on-site team and neighbors confirmed that the home and surrounding area were calm and quiet. We maintain strict standards for our homes, guests, and neighboring properties, and we have never had prior complaints of this nature. Our property remains one of the highest-rated in the area with hundreds of 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, it appears this comment may stem from a misunderstanding unrelated to the actual stay. We encourage all future guests to read our other verified reviews to see the true quality and professionalism we are known for.

The house is in a good location, but there is an unbearable neighbor (house1) who complains about everything. Communication with the hosts was good; they were kind and considerate regarding my daughters' emotional support cat. The house has issues with insects (lots of termites and some cockroaches), the stove didn't work at all—we stayed for a month and they never fixed it—and the blinds were broken and wouldn't open. The air conditioning works very well. The on-site coin-operated laundry room is extremely filthy; I couldn't bring myself to wash clothes there even once. If you just need a place to sleep, it is worth it. What I liked most, actually, was the house's location and the kindness the hosts showed us.
