Sandpiper 15-c is a charming,very well equipped , one room condo over looking pristine Linekin Bay,with spectacular sunset views.Shared amenities include,free laundry a large open yard with dock and165ft. pier .Steps go down to a coastal rock and sand beach,perfect for swimming,kayaking Etc. Set well off road so quiet,quaint and very friendly. Ceiling fan, in room Wi Fi and more. Open May to Mid Oct.Please SCROLL down to see customers comments and more information. My stay in the this condo was wonderful. Everything was just as it should be. The host was very helpful and available to me. This was an ideal location for being right on the water and also close to the quaint town of Boothbay Harbor. I hope this was the first of many stays at this location.

East Boothbay Condo

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! Very easy check in, easy communication with April, who is very kind! The property is comfortable and has extra items that we could use to cook our own meals. The walk down to the water was very nice--we'd definitely stay again :)

We spent a few days here close to friends in a nearby condo. The view was beautiful and the condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent for either relaxing by the water or sightseeing in Booth Bay.

Bay Views Are Amazing

Small unit, but room enough for a couple or two people. Bay views were amazing. Owner was on-site when we arrived and no further interaction was needed. Highly recommend for a stay in Boothbay area.

SEE it, stay, and you will see why !! Water's Edge is a small grouping of various buildings totaling 21 units. Spread over 2 acres of groomed common grounds and incredible ocean views. At one time a former name was "Linekin Village" Yes in deed it has that feeling.
