The Penthouse is a fully furnished with three-bedroom, three-bathroom and with a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location on First Avenue with stunning Caribbean Ocean views from your private rooftop terrace and a block from the famous Fifth Ave., with all its glamour from restaurants to shopping and nightlife and only two blocks from Mamitas Beach, the most popular and hip beach in Playa del Carmen.

At the rooftop there is a Solarium with a Jacuzzi, shower, table and lounge chairs. The third bedroom is at this level with a king-size bed and ensutie bathroom.
Every morning and evening you have a beautiful sunrise and sunset view of the ocean and the Island of Cozumel. Take a dip in the Jacuzzi and watch the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

At the second level in Las Olas bulding the main entre to the penthouse is located.
Here is the kitchen and living room and one master bedrooom with a king size bed with ensutie bathroom.
The second bedroom has two queen size beds with ensutie bathroom.
The large balcony is located on this level here you can sit to have morning coffee or at the evening use the barbeque.

At Mamitas Beach you will find everything you need to have the perfect day. Beach club, swimming pool, restaurants, bars, lounge chairs, umbrellas, water sports and a dive shop.

All the facilities that we show in the pictures from the Penthouse are for exclusive use for our guests.

Vacation for family of four plus Nana

Perfect! The property was better than we were expecting. Lots of room for alone time and together time, and a short walk to the grocery store, beach, rental car pick-up (Avis), shopping and dining, as well as popular pick-up locations by excursions companies (big hotels). Manager was welcoming, gracious, and quick to respond. Cleaning was done regularly, which we were not expecting, and thoroughly by a lovely person. We could not have been happier!

Penthouse Beachhouse Review

Good location. Great property staff and cleaning staff. The property is too large for the cleaning staff (one person - Teresa needs help). My wife and I did cleaning around the kitchen and dishes upon our arrival. The property is dated and requires an immediate renovation. Towels and linens need replacement - very worn. There was a tap water supply issues early on. Those issues did get resolved. Previous repairs are very noticeable. No exterior security door/barrier was an issue for my wife. Had to bring additional security measures. This property is located in prime location. Great access to beach and 5th Avenue. Again, the property requires a major renovation.

Perfect location in Playa if you need 3 bedrooms!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location--steps from the beach and 5th Ave. We felt very safe and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking occasional meals and there were multiple grocery stores under a mile's walk from the condo. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The amount of outdoor patio space (on 3 levels) was great, and we almost always had doors open and fans running. If we hadn't had 3 straight day of rain, we certainly would have spent more time out there. The grill worked great too! We also loved access to the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. It made a trek to the beach so much easier! Similar to other reviews, hot water was a challenge in the 4th floor bathroom, but the other showers had warm water. We found the AC to be a bit finicky, but perhaps that's because of the extreme humidity with 3+ days of rain. Pack your own shampoo and soap, as we didn't find it to be provided (but there are multiple pharmacies near by if you want to buy locally instead). Please know that the penthouse has A LOT of stairs. To access the condo, one must walk up 3 flights of stairs. Within the condo, there is another open (no railing on one side) staircase to the 4th floor patio and bedroom and an exterior staircase to the 5th floor patio. For most of us, this wasn't a problem at all. But, for one of our companions the stairs presented a significant challenge. Communication with both the condo owner and property manager was very helpful. This is a great spot for a large family or 2 families to share.

Great Location, Great Space, Minor Suggestions 4.8+

Apartment is perfectly located a block from the beach and a block from the main avenue with shops, restaurants and entertainment. Loved that the location was in the quieter part of town and we felt safe walking around at all hours due to security. I would definitely stay here again with some improvements. 1) Clothing rack or set of drawers for the 2nd level Spa Bedroom 2) Hot water in all bathrooms seldom worked as it appears that the knob has to be in just the right position
