The property was beautiful, clean, and we loved the location. We met Judith and Jim when we arrived. Extremely friendly, and polite. I would stay with again in a heart beat.

My husband and I just used to cottage as a landing pad while our kiddos had a cousin sleep over. We made dinner, and watched movies, and thoroughly enjoyed being bums. We recently moved to the lake of the ozarks and are used to coming up to see family in chillicothe regularly. We will def consider staying again. So clean, very well stocked, exceptionally comfortable.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Was under the assumption that there was a bedroom and a separate are with the living room and kitchen area. But overall wonderful place to stay in. Very clean and comfortable.

There was everything you could possibly think of and then items like disposable toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. Cozy, clean, comfortable, QUIET, relaxing.... I felt very much at home here while working out of town. If you are in the area, it is a must stay! Jack and Judy are the most amazing HOSTS!!!

Perfect place for a Hamilton visit!

We loved staying at this guesthouse. It was perfect for our visit to Hamilton. Loved how open it all was inside and how quiet and beautiful our surroundings were.

Such a super clean & cozy place to stay. Had everything you would need for cooking & to do laundry. They had games there you could play, a porch swing , tv.
