Welcome to Breezy View, the perfect retreat for your Hawaiian vacation. This spacious end unit features 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and an additional loft space, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Situated towards the back of the Kuilima Estates East complex, it offers direct golf course frontage on the 10th hole of the Turtle Bay Resort - George Fazio course.

The highlight of Breezy View is the spacious covered and screened-in patio, where you can enjoy stunning views of the golf course, pond, and ocean in the distance. The numerous windows allow natural breezes to flow throughout the unit, keeping you cool while you relax indoors. For added comfort, all living spaces are equipped with ceiling fans and split AC units.

Located within the gated Kuilima East Estates complex, you'll have access to a community pool, BBQ area, tennis courts, and a gazebo. A short stroll away, The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay offers a variety of dining options, day spa services, helicopter tours, horseback riding, surfing lessons, and world-class golf with two exceptional 18-hole courses: Arnold Palmer and George Fazio.

Wonderful spot! The construction noise was pretty loud on weekdays and we had no key for the tennis courts. Awesome beach equipment and a well stocked kitchen. Wished that there was coffee on day one. Beds were comfy and we had a great week!

It's a nice, quiet location. The decor and feel for the property is a bit stale. There didn't seem to be enough regular towels but eventually found a few extra stashed in the dryer. Check in was arduous as we ended up arriving late at night and the door code hadn't been shared in the app messaging.

very very nice

we felt home immediatelly. love the view, sound of the ocean, decoration.only thing I felt unhappy was the upstairs ceiling next to the kids bed. the wooden ceiling has very large spacing, so that I was afraid my 3 year old son will fall down. I helped myself with some blankets that we wrapped around.so we felt save again and had a nice stay

Loved this place!

We absolutely loved this unit. It was stocked with beach/pool towels, linens, clothes hangers, shampoo, body wash, etc. - everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The railing in the loft has about 10 inches between slates, so that might be an issue for those with young children. The pool is just a short walk from the unit. We walked to the Turtle Bay resort each morning to get specialty coffees. The grounds were beautiful. The only surprise was that there are two windows (one in the upstairs loft and one in the downstairs bedroom) that had no glass in the window; only a screen and hurricane shutter. Due to this, we were awakened early by the birds chirping each morning, but not a big deal for us. We would definitely love to stay here again!
