Luxurious Cabin within exclusive Hidden Meadow Ranch

Welcome to the finest cabin in all of Arizona!! Peace and quiet far away from anything busy combined with high-end living. This newer and spacious cabin is located on a secluded lot inside the exclusive community of Hidden Meadow Ranch, the most prestigious private ranch community of the White Mountains of Arizona. The lot overlooks a lake and lush green mountains and borders millions of acres of beautiful national forest land full of wildlife, pine trees and crisp clean air. The area is so secluded that it is common to see elk and other wildlife feeding in the meadow or swimming in the pond on an early morning. The tap water in the cabin comes from a community well and is BETTER than bottled water! This cabin has all of the luxury amenities expected with a high-end home yet is casual enough to accommodate large families with children. This is simply the most gorgeous land in all of Arizona and you will not be disappointed! Although the cabin is located within Hidden Meadow Ranch, community amenities including access to horses and fishing is reserved for members only and not available for guests of members.

As mentioned above, the cabin was built and designed to accommodate the owner's large family, but we limit the amount of guests to 15 total. The cabin is two stories with two bedrooms upstairs (along with a large loft / game room) and 3 bedrooms downstairs including the Master Bedroom. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty large. Each bedroom has a queen sized foam mattress under the bed which could easily accommodate young children sleeping on the floor if needed. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom.

The first floor of the cabin also includes a spacious kitchen, dining room and living area. There is also a half bathroom, computer area and a laundry room. The living room / dining room has excellent window views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The cabin also has a two-car garage and other cemented areas for multiple cars.

As seen in the photos, there is a large play area for children with multiple swings and a large Ramada. The Ramada is owned with the adjoining property owner and can be rented for $30/day extra. The Ramada has a 2 BBQ grills, an outdoor sink and has more than enough room to seat everyone. This is perfect for outdoor eating during the summer months. The Ramada is not available during the winter months.

The property sits next to a pond which provides an amazing view. As mentioned above, the pond is private and not available for fishing or other uses. However, there are several public fishing options in the general Greer area including Canero lake which is only a few miles away.

The cabin is ONLY 15 miles (30 min drive) from the turn-off to Sunrise Ski Resort on highway 260. Perfect spot for a ski vacation during the winter.

***There are no ATVs of any kind allowed inside or around Hidden Meadow Ranch.

***There is a $30/night winter utility charge if used during the colder months (Nov - April)

***Owner requires a $600 security deposit that is fully refundable.
