"A House with beautifull view over the mountain of Vodno, 30 meters distance to her Majesty - river of Treska, this secluded and quiet place offers an intimate friendship with nature in a pleasant and picturesque setting.
The broad region is located In the depth of nature and in the heart of cultural heritage... so quiet and unconventional and still reachable... only 8 km from the city of Skopje, and 16 km from the city center... Pearl of Macedonia and the Skopje region - 'Matka' or commonly known as 'Canyon Matka'. The House is settled right in the middle of 'Dolna Matka' which is a settlement closest to this 'tourist attraction'."

I live in Skopje the capital of Rep. of Macedonia, I grew up in this city, finished my studies and now working as a Dance instructor in a Private school for Latin and Social dances.

Why they chose this property

This property is a legacy from 'father to son' for 3 generations, the house itself is built in 1994 and restored 18 years later. This place is a traditionally family holiday-resort throughout the years especcialy for it's location(close to the city), sorrounding area, beautifull nature and ofcourse our family haritage there. I am in Love with this place, not only because of my family roots, I love it because I haven't seen such place so close to a big city and so peaceful and magnificently beautiful.

What makes this property unique

Magnificant view towards the mountain, the sound of the river of Treska which flows near by and great location of the house together with the warm atmosphere inside, makes lot of benefits for everyone who loves nature and confortable stay.
