Enjoy the morning sounds of birds, monkeys and cattle. With a 530ft elevation you will enjoy nice ocean breeze and cool evenings. The back porch offers plenty of space to sit and relax. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Logoff from TV apps if you used your personal account.
Leave all used towels in the Laundry room.
If you used the garage remote, please leave it on the kitchen’s counter.
Deposit all trash in large bags and put them in the bin outside the garage. Put the hooks back to prevent animals from going into the trash.
We charge a $50 cleaning fee if the grill is left dirty.
Turn off all A/C units and leave the remotes on their respective places.
Turn off all lights and fans.
Lock the patio slide doors, put the safety bars.
Lock windows & doors.
Set the alarm to away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
