Hi Louise, we're glad you found the home close to meeting your expectations. We'd like to clarify a few points for future guests. The Boarding Pass link was included in each of our pre-arrival messages, and we were happy to assist when you had questions about the verification and check-in process. As explained prior to your arrival, the Check-In button and your unique door code become available closer to the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time for security reasons. During your stay, we also reached out to make sure everything was going well and invited you to let us know if anything needed attention so we could address it promptly. We did not receive any concerns regarding the cleanliness of the walls or the neighborhood while you were at the property. We appreciate your comments and will continue looking for ways to make our communication even clearer. Thank you for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
