This is a lovely top floor of a duplex. It is cleanly decorated in a wonderful area. Host was extremely communicative and responsive. Many amenities were offered upfront and host checked in to see if there were any additional needs we had. Plenty of space in this two bedroom one bath apartment. Kitchen is large with plenty of countertops and up-to-date appliances. In unit laundry was extremely convenient. There are plenty of things within walking distance and ample sidewalks.
