Alpine Greens is about a 7 minute walk from the Blackcomb chairlifts and sits directly on the free shuttle route to Whistler Village. Walking to Whistler Village would take about 12-15 minutes and the complex is also well situated for easy access to the Valley Trail network and Lost Lake Park and trails, home to Nordic skiing in Whistler.
Alpine Greens #16 is a well-appointed, ground floor, one level, end unit with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The entire property was professionally renovated in 2023 making it one of the nicest rental properties along the Chateau Golf Course. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double/single bunk and there is a sofa sleeper in the living area. This Alpine Greens condo has a mudroom upon entry perfect for securely storing your skis and other gear. The kitchen and living and dining areas have a spacious, open plan layout with a ground floor patio surrounded by grass and trees, complete with a BBQ for guest use. The deluxe kitchen features stainless appliances and is well equipped with most of the conveniences of home. Both bathrooms were completely redone, one with a large soaker tub and the ensuite with large rain shower. Other popular amenities include a flat screen TV, CD Stereo, gas fireplace and a private washer dryer. With its ideal location and great range of amenities, Alpine Greens #16 is a popular rental condo among families visiting Whistler in both the summer and winter months.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property is clean, spacious, well equipped and conveniently located. We especially loved the fireplace! We would stay here again.
The condo is in a great location and nicely furnished. There is a lot of noise transfer between units so it was difficult to enjoy our stay with the excessive noise from the people upstairs. Also it would have been nice if the condo had some basics like a tissue box.
A great place to stay, very clean and light. A perfect location for Blackcomb base and Whistler village. Lost Lake and the Valley Trail a few minutes away. Highly recommend
Condo was very neat and tidy, it had all the basic necessities, the only disappointing thing was the lack of channels and the tv, being on holiday it would be nice to watch movies or sport etc.
The property was clean and modern as represented in the pictures. The only drawback was the water pressure was noticeably low when taking a shower. Otherwise this place was excellent!
Convenient place to stay while at Whistler, steps away from the Four Seasons bus stop in the upper village and only a 7 minute walk to Blackcomb gondola if you wanted to walk. The heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms are a great touch and the property managers are great and highly responsive. Our tv broke during our stay and they came by to check it out in a couple hours and then replaced it by the next day. The only inconvenient thing would be that their office is a little far compared to the property so it’s hard if you have a lot of luggage. Overall the property was well maintained, well stocked with equipment and clean.
Excellent location, with the number 5 bus stops right at the front door. Nicely renovated. Clean and bright. Great barbeque and patio. The main issue is the way Alpine greens is constructed. There was a lot of Referred noise from the upstairs unit. This included a lot of running water, and the thud , thud, thud of feet. So, if you want peace and I would opt for an upstairs unit.
The property is in a great location and the surface parking is the best. its hard to find here in whistler. Short bike ride to the park and Blackcomb base is nice. Place is a little dated, but we werent there to hang out!
This condo was quite nice and very spacious. The location would be great if the free shuttle bus were running; there was a bus stop just out front. Unfortunately, during our stay there was a transit strike so we had to drive to the upper Blackcomb parking lots each day.
The place needed some routine maintenance; it looked as if nothing had been repaired in quite a while. for example, the clothes dryer design was bizarre with exhaust air going into the door and then being filtered out by a screen. The entire door of the dryer was filled with several pounds of lint because previous residents had not adequately cleaned out the lint screen. Also, both toilet paper dispensers were broken; one was coming out of the wall and in the other the dowel holding the role was broken.
All in all, it is a nice place in a good location.
We had lots of space to spread out and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. Great spot!

Location is no more than 20 meters away from a bus shuttle that takes you straight to the village. The service from the property owner and check out desk was professional, quick and nice. Could be a little cleaner. Stains on bed sheets, pillows, chairs and cutlery.

We stayed in Alpine Greens before and like the location and the type of property. It was the first time we rented unit #16, and overall it was a pleasant stay, which could be improved on the following matters: 1. Only one time cleaning and change of towels and linens for a 12 night stay, which is insufficient. 2. The phone in the property had the Caller ID disabled, and it was not possible to make restaurant reservations without it. This should be remediated. 3. The shower curtain was mouldy, the property maintenance should be improved. 4. The unit above was quite noisy, 5. The lounge and dining areas were extremely cold in the morning, there might be a draft from the windows.

Overall good location. Accommodating with late arrival. Unit in clean condition. Problems. 1 Comforter on small bed covered in disgusting spots. Closet door in small bedroom off the tracks and falling over. 3 large blind in kitchen not operating properly. 4 lack of drinking glasses. 5 early departure required night before key drop off which then locked us out of garbage room.

Positive points - All needed at home is provided. Staying in the condo is pleasant. - The property management is very professional, kind and attentive. - The location of the apartment with direct access to the valley trail is very convenient to go by foot to Lost Lake and reach the trails with bikes. - The housekeeping about every 8 days is excellent. Negative points - The Condo is above the garage, this is not said in the description, even if this is not problematic. - At arrival all was very clean except the cooking plate (vitro ceramic): dried stains. - The road is relatively near and the noise of the engines is noticeable from the condo. - When there are neighbors above, the condo is very noisy, due to reduced sound insulation. This is the main reason why I would not recommend this condo to a friend.
