Perfect place to stay for us. Easy drive to Norman and restaurants in OKC. Loved everything about the accommodation, had everything that we needed, bed was really comfy, shower was amazing, loved that it was slightly off the beaten track. Very clean.

This was a great stay. I was a little nervous at first because the location was strange but it ended up being a perfect location. The host promptly answered questions. The place was very clean. Bed is very comfortable with great linens. There is conditioner and shampoo and a hair dryer available. The only negative was the a/c unit was a bit loud so bring ear plugs if that bothers you.

The only reason I gave a 5 star is because they didnt offer 10. This place was beyond awesome. It was perfect! Everything about it was superb. We will stay there again and again upon our returns to Midwest City. An added bonus was a sweet little cat that came to visit and sit with us at the pool. Her name is Stevie Licks. (There are snacks for her under the sink) Thanks Kindan for one of the best times we have enjoyed in many years.

Unfortunately this was my first ever guest and I learned some valuable lessons. Always verify the identity of the person who booked, I’m still not sure which person I rented to. They were some locals who wanted to have a big pool party, but I was unaware of anymore than the 2 guests the reservation was for until after the extra guests had arrived. They also said nothing about it upon my greeting them and instead messaged me about 5 minutes later asking where they should park and said they were having “some” friends over. I let them hang out in the pool until about 10:15pm when more and more people were showing up. I unfortunately shut it down because they failed to follow the 1 rule of no glass by the pool. I failed to lay down the ground rules and that is my mistake, one I certainly won’t make again.

We had a great 2-night stay at this bungalow! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, and especially convenient if you’re looking to stay near Tinker Air Force Base. The property also has a PRIVATE pool, which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use during our short stay, but we’d definitely enjoy taking advantage of it next time!It was extremely hot outside during our visit, but the AC kept the bungalow cool. Just know that this is a cozy, simple space with a window AC unit and a fan—nothing fancy, but it did exactly what we needed.And the bed deserves a special shoutout—it was AMAZINGLY comfortable! I honestly think I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in months that first night. I’m not sure if it was the heat from the OU game, or if that bed was just that good, but either way, I’ll take it!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

We stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament that happened to be during the Women's College World series. The price was more than fair, considering the weekend. The guest house was clean and comfortable. The bed (adjustable) and pillows were good quality. The pool was fantastic. The host was exceptionally accommodating. Super great guy! The property has a great story, and he was more than happy to visit with us and tell us about it. My only request is that he adds another bed so we can bring the whole family next time! The whole experience was 10/10. One hundred percent would book again.

Fabulous Place

Kindred place was the perfect spot for a weekend get away. Country feel within the city limits. Home was clean and the bed was so comfy. The pool was sparkling clean and so refreshing. Beautiful landscaping gave a resort feel. . .

Hard to locate off gravel driveway. Also no heat, so room was chilly. Would not recommend for senior citizens or handicapped individuals.

I’m sorry that your stay wasn’t what you hoped for. The house is quite visible from the road, though we do have a gravel driveway. There are 2 heaters in the room, a gas one affixed to the wall and a free standing one that plugs in. Had you asked for help with either of these, I would have been happy to help you. Maybe next time you could ask for help instead of just giving bad reviews, however I would still be happy to rent to you again. Thank you.

Great stay

Very clean and comfortable stay, though room was a bit warm. Pool was FANTASTIC. Host had the pool and area surround pristine and ready to use. Lots of amenities such as chairs and umbrellas around the pool as well as some water toys that were fantastic to have. 100/10. We will be staying there again.

Simply awesome!

Mr. Hughes is an awesome host! The room was reasonably priced and the accuracy of the listing was on point. We had access to the pool, but unfortunately did not have time to use it as we were busy doing other things around Oklahoma. The bed was super comfortable and he had snacks for us in the room! He has what I call “Paradise in the middle of chaos!” Thanks again, Mr. Hughes! Anytime we go back that way, we will stay again!
