The home was very cozy and perfect for our particular stay during the winter months. The host had constant and informative communication regarding any/all questions we had. I would not hesitate to rebook or refer this property for a comfortable stay to others.

Fantastic Get Away

Gorgeous property on the lake, incredibly clean, and has eveything you could want. Not a ton to do nearby but a great getaway otherwise!

Charming, updated house right on the lake. Everything was nice and clean, and it had everything you could need. Very quiet and tranquil. We used the paddle boat, canoes, and fire pit. Would definitely recommend!

Property was more than what we expected. Everything inside was laid out great with everything you would need in the bathroom and kitchen. Very nice view of the water from the deck.Everything in the kitchen, laundry, bathroom and family room worked.Things that need some attention.1. We pulled out the corn hole game and the bags where full of insects and other non-desiredables . Need to immediately remove and replace those bags. We couldn't use it. 2.The screen door to thew front deck needs some attention.3. We had a hard time finding the light for the back porch. We literally had dozens of Asian beetles to kill one night. We could not figure out where they we all coming from. Once we got the back porch light out, we did not have the problem the next night.4. We needed a fourth adult life preserver. Only three in the box.5. Neighbors were a little loud, with late night fireworks. It was tolerable, but a little late for us who needed to get to bed by 10:00.

Hi Richard, We are pleased to hear how you enjoyed the lake house itself, and that everything was well stocked, organized, clean and working. As for your concern regarding the outdoors, we have addressed the following: 1. We replaced the corn hole game and now have the bags in a sealed container. 2. We adjusted the screen door so it glides more easily. 3. We exterminated the exterior of the property again to reduce outdoor bugs to the best of our ability. 4. We found the 3 additional life vests which a previous guest had left on the paddleboat. 5. We spoke to our neighbors who did report others across the lake were lighting off fireworks. I don't know what we can do about that (as it is July on the lake), but we will look into it. We hope to host you again some day. If so, please feel free to contact us via the app or by calling us directly- our phone numbers are left for guests at the lake house to use if any issues may arise during their stay. Again, thank you for choosing to stay at our family's lake house. We love our property and our lake, and we hope to make our VRBO just as pleasurable to others. Best, The Ryan family
