Why they chose this property
The Property was a good investment and I could see the potential of this property being a good Guest House environment. The perfect location, suburbs area close to many local attractions and 5 minutes drive away from shopping malls, golf estates and the famous Boland cricket stadium, which all serve as great entertainment for locals as well as international guests.
What makes this property unique
Home away from home, homemade meals, the view from the balcony surrounded by the mountains, the beautiful homesteads and wine farms, Laborie, KWV, and Nederburg. We are a friendly family and like to make people feel welcome at our Guest House.
