This recently renovated beautiful 1 BR / 1 bath studio efficiency (with brand new kitchen, bathroom and furnishings) is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting your Centre student, attending a Centre sporting event, stopping on the Bourbon Trail at local Wilderness Trace Distillery, checking out historic Danville or Civil War battlefields, or touring the horse farms in nearby Lexington. Have a stress free and fun weekend in town by not having to deal with driving and parking. Just walk just 1 block and you will be at Dry Stack coffee cafe, Copper & Oak restaurant, Burkes Bakery, The Hub cafe, La Cosa Nostra restaurant, Bricks & Brews, Bluegrass Pizza, and Constitution Square (the birthplace of the State of Kentucky). Centre College is just 6 blocks away. The house has 10 foot high ceilings that add to the spacious vibe. Cute studio apartment close to everything

We loved staying in this cute studio apartment. We stayed three nights. The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is located near many shops & restaurants- all within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay there again in the future.

Cute little place with lots of potential

My teenage son and I stayed there this weekend for a swim meet that was held at Centre College. We had some issues getting the check in info, but the host was very responsive and helpful. There were a couple of maintenance issues and a dirty floor, but they had a cleaning crew there in 5 minutes who took care of the issues. If life takes us back to Danville and we need a space for just two people, I would definitely look for this place again. We enjoyed our stay and it was so convenient to downtown Danville and Centre College. Thanks for a great weekend!

Compact but clean and tidy

The efficiency suite was quite small, but very adequate for one or two people (I was on my own the first two nights, with husband joining me the final night). It was very clean and had everything I needed. One suggestion I would make to help with privacy and feelings of safety (particularly for single females) is adding a shade or blinds to the exterior door and the kitchen window, since it is a first floor unit. Location was walkable to Centre's campus (great because I rode down with someone else and didn't have a car until the last night).

Very clean. Host was communicative. Good location. Had some scents in the apt so if your scent sensitive you can just communicate to the host to rectify that. Washer and dryer was small but served its purpose and bring cash for cleaning til. Overall would stay here again and it was a very nice place.
