Welcome to Madeline’s Place! Named after the sweet lady that lived here for years and always made you feel welcome when you stopped in to visit. We purchased this home in October 2023 and since then have completely remodeled the interior so that our guests may feel at home during their stay. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and includes a washer and dryer. Enjoy the free WiFi and coziness of this home with your family or friends in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from local restaurants and grocery stores.

We had a wonderful experience, our hostess was very easy to communicate with and has created a place that feels like home. The beds are comfortable, the little extras like having a hair dryer, condiments in the refrigerator, coffee, and sweet snacks, made our trip and stay so much more pleasant than expected. The house is cozy, clean, and has plenty of space for family. Fast wifi, plenty of TV options, a big kitchen, and amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

Upon entering we immediately noticed the floors. They are very uneven, with humps and dips. The water pressure in the shower was terrible-you had to turn the hot all the way on to get it warm. There were cobwebs on the ceiling above our bed. Unable to use the coffee maker as the basket contained a moldy filter & coffee from a previous guest. Both the front & back doors had gaps that allowed light to enter.

I am so sorry your stay wasn’t satisfactory. That is never my wish. I will absolutely address the cleanliness with our cleaners going forward and try to find a solution to the water pressure issue and doors. As far as the floors go, we tried our best to get them as level as possible, but unfortunately with the house being so old, we were not completely successful. I do appreciate your feedback so that we may address any concerns guests may have.

Excellent Place Exceptional Host

The place was exactly as advertised and perfect for our stay. Becca was so helpful. We forgot something and she mailed it out to us right away. I recommend anyone looking for a place to stay, dont hesitate to book with Becca.
