The place has a nice outdoor space for entertaining and the kitchen is fully equipped. The inside had all the amenities but some areas could use some maintenance that I privately suggested to the owner. Overall it's a really great place and I would stay there again!

The house was very well appointed and comfortable and the host James was responsive, welcoming and answered all our questions. The rental has every kitchen amenity and appliance you could want and the garage has everything you need for days at the beach or playing sports in the nearby park. The patio/ pool area is perfect for entertaining. It was a lovely place to spend a month in the sun.

Perfect location if going to the beach or going to a concert...yeah BTS! Quiet and clean neighborhood. Pool was great, the kids loved it. Washer and dryer were clean and worked great. Our furry loved the yard space and felt at home. When we come back down we will stay here again. Highly recommend.

We could not have asked for anything more in our rental. The house was amazing inside and out. The kitchen was very well stocked and the availability of cleaning supplies and common items such as garbage bags and soap make it so much more convenient. There are so many little things that were thought of from the host to have around from pool toys, chairs, outdoor toys, to all of the pots, pans, appliances and items in the kitchen it made our stay so much more relaxing and fun. I would highly recommend this place as the location is great and convenient to many things. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

Such an amazing location, easy to find, and we enjoyed our stay so much! The pool was great and clean along with the rest of the property. So many appliances in the kitchen to use and cook with, even a waffle maker! Even for just one night we had a blast and would definitely stay again! Pet friendly as well the kitty loved exploring the house! Even had a mini cat door on one of the bedroom doors! So cute and accommodating for the furry friend

Our family had a wonderful time staying here, including our dog! The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. There is so much space inside and outside. We made wonderful memories playing games that were provided. The only issue was outside of the screened area hadn't been cleaned up after the previous pet was did their business out there. Over all definitely recommend this place!

Great host. Everything you could think of for a summer vacay in Florida our host has it and then some. Ample amount of cooking supplies for whatever dish you are making. Pool area awesome! And there’s even seating for dinner or breakfast near the pool. I’ll definitely keep James in my favorite for future visits!

Great vacation!

This was our first experience and booking with VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised with the house and experience! House was very nice, with amenities as described. The owner was easily reached and very helpful. The fire pit is awesome! We enjoyed being out on the porch very much! There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there or provided. Looking forward to our next stay here! During warmer weather so we can use the pool more!
