It was a great place to get away. Not too far from the things in the area and the hot tub at the end of the day or first thing in the morning was great! Had an issue with the internet but the host was great at getting back with me and calling the company.
Mayadhar and his group were wonderful guests. They were respectful of the property and left things in good order. We would be happy to welcome them back.
This place was absolutely ideal! We especially loved the large table that comfortably seated everyone for meals and family game nights. The hot tub and fire pit were a wonderful touch, making the chilly evenings cozy and enjoyable. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, while still having great areas to gather together for quality family time.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear the home was ideal for your stay and that the large table, hot tub, and fire pit helped create such special moments for meals, game nights, and cozy evenings together. It means a lot to know the space worked well for both gathering and relaxing. We’d love to host you and your family again anytime!
The house was cozy and great for a larger group. The location was a little disappointing, right off the highway and behind a gas station. The hosts were great and the updated bathrooms and kitchen were lovely. Just was hoping for more of a “get away” and felt like we were still in the city with the traffic on the highway, the mercury light in the back yard, and the gas station.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the home's cozy feel, the updated bathrooms and kitchen, and that it worked well for your larger group — we truly appreciate you highlighting those features. 😊
We understand that everyone’s idea of a “getaway” can look a little different. The location clearly shows that it is right off Highway 259 in the listing when you click on the location. Many of our guests actually love the convenience. Being directly off the highway means visitors don’t have to get off the beaten path, navigate narrow roads, or drive their vehicles on rough terrain — something that can be especially helpful for larger groups, families, or those traveling at night.
Another benefit many guests enjoy is the easy access to Highway 259, which leads directly to all the fun things to do in Hochatown and Broken Bow, including restaurants, wineries, Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and local attractions — all just a short drive away. This makes it easy to enjoy the area without long or complicated drives.
We’re always sad to see our first 4-star review due to location, especially since we strive to be very transparent. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps future guests better understand what to expect and ensures we continue providing a great experience. Thank you again for staying with us — we’re glad you enjoyed the home and your time in the area.
Very nice location, quiet neighborhood, cute house, very clean, host Amy was so easy to work with and made the trip seamless. Thanks for giving our family a nice peaceful weekend! We would absolutely revisit and recommend to others

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Place needs some TLC, suggest inventory and restoke kitchen Exterminate for bugs, house needed a good deep clean. Chairs out back broken with exposed nailsAbsolutely no cell phone service which should have been disclosed Internet not much better, seating for only 5 which is a problem, furniture does not fit the room
We had a good time lots of room, easy to find, and a great price. The rooms were fairly clean but needed some attention. We were right behind a gas station/bbq restaurant and they were really nice and helpful when we needed something. There are a few updates needed. The host was very nice and informative. Whenever I asked a question she responded immediately and that was great. The kitchen was really nice. We would stay there again and the kids loved it. They really liked the games and the hot tub.
The cabin was a perfect fit for our two families. Plenty of space for all of us. The dining room table fit everyone. Broken Bow/Hochatown is such a special place. Highly recommend Friends Trail and kayaking with Beavers Bend River Floats. The hot tub had an issue when we first arrived but was handled by our host quickly and smoothly. We had a great stay!
Everything was beautiful except a couple things. The crying in the dining room leaked when it rained, hot tub would not go above 91. But all in all an amazing space

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about the cabin. We're so glad you enjoyed the space overall.
We do wish we had been made aware of the leak and hot tub temperature concerns during your stay, as we would have gladly worked to address them right away. We take maintenance issues seriously and have since inspected both items to ensure everything is operating properly for future guests.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we're happy to hear that despite those concerns, you still had an amazing experience.
