The Condo needs a deep clean along with the woodwork, doors & cabinets need to be painted. Some of the furniture needs replaced. Your information needs to indicate that the indoor pool is in a separate building at the front of the property. The balconies are being redone and they shut off the elevator in this building during the day for the workers to use. Overall I would not stay in this unit again.

The location was excellent the condo is nice. I was a little frustrated that there was SIGNIFICANT maintenance being performed and we were never notified and the rooms AC is not sufficient (I actually think it’s programmed that way). Every night it got hot due to the fact that the AC would turn off. All balconies had plastic on them and were being resurfaced. Grinding from 8am-5pm everyday (could even hear it on the beach). Which would’ve been ok if we were told about it. I just find it disappointing that we weren’t toldAnyway. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we would probably stay again.

Great view!

Condo was as described. No issues. The view from the master bedroom was amazing! Large balcony was nice. This was a great time of year to be at the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

TLC Needed

Condo is in need of repairs and updates. The patio furniture is trash, needs some TLC. Loved the location and view of the beach. Redecorating and rearranging of furniture to be able to use all the sliding doors would be better. Check in and check out was great!

Great place to stay, but the beds are a challenge for short people.

The condo was very nice and a great location. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was clean and had plenty of towels. There were a few things to be noted. There needs to be a light outside the door. It's hard to see when it's dark. If you plan to cook and need measuring cups, there's only a 1/3 cup available. Also, two of the beds are very high. I'm 5'1" and the master bed hit me about 5 inches above my waist and was very uncomfortable. If you like a mattress that you sink into, you will like this one. However, it was not friendly to my back. In the 2nd bedroom, the bed hit at my waist. My mother is 90 and a couple of inches shorter than me, so we had to put her in the room with the 2 beds.

Good value

The property was decently updated. Sheets and towels were clean and the property appeared clean to the naked eye upon arrival. However, due to having an infant crawling on the floor, I mopped immediately upon our arrival the had to use 4 mop pads for the small space due to the amount of dirt it picked up. I also wiped down counters and they were not the cleanest either. Under the furniture was very dusty and dirty as well. The property hosted about it cleanliness but I found it subpar. The property itself sits on the beach which is very nice. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. The management company was very responsive and even was able to let us in early once the property had been cleaned. Though this condo has been well updated and is decorated nicely and beds are comfortable, the commons areas are greatly in need of updating and maintenance. Overall a pleasant stay minus the cleanliness of the condo and exterior need for cleaning and updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very tight quarters for sleeping 4 adults two 20yr olds that needed separate beds, one 16 yr old and a 10 yr old. After a problem with the refrigerator breaking down customer service was extremely rude, poor and unacceptable. Communication was poor. We were offered some money for the food we had to throw out but nothing for our time. We were told we had to sign a form stating we wouldn't give a bad review if we accepted the money. I couldn't do that. I put a lot of value on reviews and always read them. Hopefully reviews help someone else from going through something like this. Our vacation time is very valuable to us and they were not willing to accept that, appreciate our feelings or work with us on compensating us for our time. It was our grandsons birthday and we missed out on celebrating with him. We were very offended and surprised. I will never recommend Liquid Life to anyone. They need to do work on the elevator for this unit. Our unit had a couple minor things that I suggested they look into but the refrigerator breaking down and us having to spend the whole day there dealing with the issue was upsetting. Their reply was ...."well we didn't have to stay there." We did not feel comfortable NOT staying there. It is a good thing we did stay there because the maintenance man didn't even check out the issues we called him for. He thought he was done, said he cleaned things up so it should be better now. We asked about the freezer door not sealing shut, that was why we called him in the first place. We had to point it out to him and he said "Oh I didn't know that I was suppose to check that out." He couldn't fix that so he said well you will need a different refrigerator, hopefully we have one on hand. Had we not been there to point out this issue he would NOT have fixed anything or requested a different refrigerator, which took up more time of our day! Thank goodness we did stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Liquid LifeWe wanted to reach out to give you a review of our stay at Seaside Beach and Racquet in unit 4412 in Orange Beach, Al. We were not informed before our stay that we would only have 1 parking spot. I heard from family. So I reached out and was told “It is on our website.” That is really unacceptable source of communication when you’ve already signed a contract and have paid. Why would I go to your website to check, why would you not provide the decent customer service and at least email us. You also mentioned their was contraction, but you did not prepare us for the level of construction and mess that was going on at the resort. We were not prepared for what we saw. The roof was totally off, Letters were off signs, it was in complete shambles. This is one of the most expensive condos we have ever stayed at, so our expectation was for a really nice unit. Besides the construction, the whole building is outdated for what the price range is.We arrived and were originally told check in is at 3. The day before and the day of, it changed to “Check in STARTS at 3, but it could be later” We drive 13 hours, so we plan our arrival around checkin in at 3, not could be at 3 or later. There is NO BATHROOMS on the main level for guests to use when at the pool or beach. I’ve never experienced this at condo complex. So if you have to go to the bathroom, you either go up to your unit or.... Maybe this is why one of the pools smelled like URINE. The elevators. First, one of the elevators was broken. Ok, things happen. So we used another. Then when one was finally fixed, we got on and when it went up the sound of gushing water surrounded us. The elevator shaft was FULL of water. Talk about scary. I also made note that none of the elevators have current inspections. All certificates expired AT LEAST January 2021 ( our stay was June 2021). That is NOT SAFE.I have much more but can not fit it all.

Pretty good but not great.

Location was good. Overall cleanliness fine. I was disappointed with the lack of provisions. The oven didn't work - just gave an error message. The pans provided were terrible. Almost no cleaning supplies provided. The TV had dish network cable and a DVD player. No access to streaming services. Felt like renting a place 20 years ago. No extra blankets provided. The building was ok. The one vending machine for drinks ate $2. On the morning we were supposed to check out by 10am is when a worker chose to clean the elevator outside our apartment for an hour around 8:30am, rendering it inoperable. Very bad, thoughtless timing. No hot tub in the complex. Owner needs to make the provisions nicer in order to charge this much money for it.

Orange Beach Condo

We had a great stay in this condo. Room itself was as described in the listing, clean, fairly well-furnished and check-in to get the parking pass was quick and simple. We never found the hot tub, but other than that everything was as expected.

Spring break family trip

Location of the condo was great! Convenient to stores and restaurants. Beautiful beach too! However the week we stayed there was construction with loud noises the entire day from 8-4pm It was extremely unpleasant. Also you need to bring every essential with you. Toilet paper, garbage bags, ziplocks, salt/pepper. Luckily I was prepared because I read the reviews.

Seaside 4412

I was disappointed with no pantry space. Also the refrigerator had a broken shelf which limited space. There were no seasonings like salt and pepper. Sometimes I can find seasonings left by previous guests. Nothing there unless it was left in the locked door by the kitchen which I assume is a pantry. Also no liquid hand soap. No counter top cleaner. Couldn’t find mop. Utensils for cooking were cheap and bent just trying to lift food like spaghetti. No measuring cups or spoons were found. The location is great and the beds slept us well. With the above comments addressed I would stay there again.

Nice quiet place

I really liked the location and easy walk to pool and beach. I really liked having 24 hour security. The place was quiet and no loud parties which was nice. Great for parents with small children. Everyone was very friendly there.

Clean and great location

The condo updates are beautiful The view is amazing, also love view of the beautiful pool. The boardwalk is safe and shorter than others we have had. Absolutely a perfect week!!
