The place was clean, the host was kind and courteous and very helpful. The check-in and checkout instructions were easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this place to my family, friends or anyone who wants to get away from it all. The location is conveniently 5 miles from Eureka Springs.

This was honestly more than expected very good value for the money. My wife and I went to eureka springs for our anniversary and this tiny home was absolutely fantastic absolutely 0 complaints and it had more than we needed.

Amazing location, people, amenities, & additional services!

We will definitely be coming back to visit one of their tiny homes and taking another horseback ride! The family who owns this are very friendly and helpful to all their guests!

Nice quiet and comfortable

We absolutely loved spending the weekend at this property. The owners were really responsive and quick to get back to us if we needed anything or had any questions. I loved the creativity they showed in setting up the place and we had everything we needed to have an amazing and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely book this unit again!

Secluded and comfy

It's was perfect for couples getaway or small family trip. Host respects privacy and responds fairly quickly. I give it 9.5 out of 10. I truly recommend Rocky Acres, if you go to eureka springs!

Very cute spot. I was surprised by how remote it was and a little nervous by some of the surrounding homes. Lift was much smaller than i anticipated and really suitable for a child versus an adult. Kitchenette was cute but know that you have to bring any snacks outside of the coffee grounds. Still very cute and loved the hot tub!
