Welcome to the Gardens at Beachside Colony! This 1800 SQ FT 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is a great place to spend your next beach getaway. This gorgeous condo features 15' vaulted ceilings in the family room and master bedroom with a large private courtyard and hottub. You will be nestled in Tybee Island’s only true oceanfront condominium resort. The Beachside Colony Resort has three swimming pools, one of which is heated in cold weather (Tybee’s only heated pool) and a popular beach front restaurant and lounge, Marlin Monroe's, with complimentary WIFI internet access.

This condo is completely furnished. An open living space creates a great atmosphere for family and friends to enjoy, while 3 large bedrooms provide plenty of privacy. The Master Suite has a king size bed and a whirlpool tub. The queen bed has a brand new pillow top mattress! There are TV’s in all the bedrooms, as well as the living area which also includes a DVD player.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for any kind of cooking you might choose to do.

The condominium is located in a great mid-island location across the street from Memorial Park which features the public library, YMCA, a wonderful playground, charcoal grilling stations; as well as volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts. You are also within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This condo is NOT pet friendly. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Lovely central location

A great property for my husband and I and our three adult children. Located centrally on Tybee and just a short drive into Savannah. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break Getaway

Perfect spot. Super close to the beach and within walking distance to lots of places to eat. Never crowded this time of year and weather was great (only 2 days of rain)! We'll be back!!

Great Spot for Family with great Beach Access

Enjoyed the nice condo, having 3 separate bedrooms, and the private hot tub. The electric grill on the patio didn't work well, but that was not an issue for us because everything in the kitchen worked great. Owner/manager was very responsive.

Tybee Condo

Great location for walk to beach or pool. Beachside restraunt on site. Had drinks by the pools. Condo is large and comfortable. My girls loved relaxing in the swings with a book!

We were a group of people from 11 years old child to 61 years old adult. First of all, I would like to say this place is much better then it looks in the pictures. Hot tub was big hit. Although, it was cold and windy, we still managed to go out on beach because of easy access to the beach. We had lots of fun in walking on the street and Savannah is stone's throw away distance as wel One little suggestion though if you can keep at least one extra comforter in winters that will be of big help. We had to buy one. Our dog Spud enjoyed thoroughly too.

Really nice condo

Christine is very responsive with any questions and takes great care of the condo. The kitchen is one of the most well-stocked I’ve ever seen. Plenty of extra dishes, plastic ware, serving bowls and everything you need to cook (even a hand mixer!) The condo itself is nice, with great furniture/decor and very homey. The only downside we found was the pool was smaller than it seemed in pictures and heavily occupied by people that loved to smoke. Obviously not under the owner’s control and might be dependent on time of year since our school’s fall break is the off season and there was a bit of an older crowd there. Bit of advice - take goggles for the beach! My boys found tons of sand dollars and other live creatures to look at in the water. Maybe also about time of year, but I’ve never seen so many fish and other little guys. Overall, a great week!

This is a spectacular property. It is beautifully furnished and every chair and bed is extremely comfortable. The owners are super responsive and really care that their guests have a good stay. This was a great place to return to for a soak in our private hot tub after a busy day. Can't wait to come back!

Best unit at Beachside Colony

We have stayed in many of the different units at Beachside Colony, but this was far and away the best! We never looked at The Garden units because there is no balcony or view but I’m glad we took a chance on it this time. The oversized outdoor patio with hot tub was a huge hit, spacious and updated kitchen, bathrooms and living area and we loved the high ceilings. Christine had great communication with us prior to checking in and was available if we needed anything. This will be the first unit we will look for and rebook if available.

Everything was great, clean property, lots of space for our family of 6, pool on site, and the private hot tub was an added bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent with very quick responses. We would love to stay here again if we are traveling to Tybee Island in the future!

House is spacious and clean. Beds were all comfortable. Loved the patio and hot tub. Beach and pool are an easy walk. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Great location for locals destinations. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay, wonderful hosts

This was a wonderful rental, very well equipped and in a great location. We loved the hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and the well-stocked beach supply closet. The resort was in a great location with nice pools, excellent access to the beach and a good onsite restaurant and bar. For all that, the best part about this stay was the host: excellent communications and very welcoming.

Perfect blend of private leisure and easy walk to the beach.

The private hot tub was exceptionally nice even though I couldn't adjust the temperature. I used the massage feature several times. Easy stroll to the beach for elders like myself. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and even though there was a pool wr enjoued the bea h instead. Excellent hist.

Gem of Condo!

I can’t say enough outstanding things about this property! First, the location is ideal! The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. I had a quick question and the property manager was immediately reaponsive and helpful! But the main prize was having our own hot tub! As someone who rents VRBO spots all the time, it was wonderful to have our own hot tub and not have to share hot tub time with everyone else! It was so amazing! I can’t wait to go back to Tybee and I will be sure to stay at this condo again!
