Winter Wonderland

Please do yourself a favor and book this property. The house is great for families. Not only will you feel at home but you'll be able to appreciate this home much more in person. Here you'll enjoy the hot tub.

The remote for the ceiling fan was missing in one bedroom and the celing fan would not work any other way. We asked for an app, but there was none. The ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms only worked with rhe lights on, which is inconvenient when trying sleep. We had to sleep with the air on 68.

There are no gutters on the house. It has created an unsafe walkway to the hot tub that could become a liability. I would strongly suggest you get rain gutters as the overflowing of the rain has washed out the sand beneath the pavers.

The house was perfect for six adults, five kids and a dog! There are a lot of big windows letting in the sunlight! Most of the bedrooms had wooden blinds, but the bedroom that opened to the deck only had a shade screen so the couple sleeping in that room were awake at sunrise! Perhaps a room darkening drape could be added. It was extremely hot during our stay and we did not use the deck or hot tub, but the area around the hot tub was a bit unkempt and there was very little grass for the kids to play outside if they had wanted to. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, dishes, flatware, pots and pans if you choose to stay in and for meals.
