Guests will Have access to Pine Meadow Village Pool, Spa, Clubhouse and Tennis Courts within the unit.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Street parking in front and on side of home available for 2 vehicles.
• Guests will have 1 keycard (to access the Pine Meadow Village Pool, Spa, Clubhouse and Tennis courts). Please return the keycards back to the unit. If lost/missing/damaged, Guest will be charged for replacement fees. Replacement cost will be $125
• Guests will have access to Pine Meadow Village Pool, Spa, Clubhouse and Tennis Courts. The pool generally opens Memorial Day weekend (or before depending on weather) and closes in the middle of September.
• Pool and Spa Hours: 8:30 am - 8:30 pm.
• Lap Swim: 8:30 am - 10:00 am weekdays.
• There is no BBQ or Firepit use at the unit
• Pine Meadow Village Tennis Court (2023 - courts are closed for repair.)
• Court is open to the public as part of a PUD agreement with the City of Sisters
• Court is not locked during the playing season and is available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Court is closed for the winter and nets are removed November 1 through mid-March.
• During snowfall, please refrain from parking in the front during plowing, as mandated by local law.
HOUSE RULES:
• No Pets allowed
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked prior to leaving.
• Please make sure all AC units are turned off before checking out.
• Please turn off all lights prior to checking-out.
• No Parties allowed.
• The Property and balcony are non-smoking.
• Do not exceed the number of max occupants.
• Always observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am, and respectful to neighbors.
