Fully equipped TRUE SLOPESIDE, SKI/IN SKI/OUT vacation condominium located at the BASE of CHAIRLIFT 7, in the TOWN OF TELLURIDE.
Many listings claim ski in ski out, this one actually is.

GROUND FLOOR condo. Easy to locate and convenient for unloading. Set two feet below grade so it remains cool in summer and warm in winter.

On the QUIET west end of town. Just 1 block to Tellurides main grocery, Clark's Market and popular restaurants and bars, Siam Thai, There Bar, The Nook and Hotel Telluride, etc.

Adjacent to the Valley Floor and its miles of beautiful hiking and snow biking trails, groomed Nordic trails and Skate Skiing.

Walk to the center of town along the stunning, scenic River Trail which flows along the Lodge or ride the FREE town SHUTTLE which stops every 10-15 minutes at two convenient Lodge locations.

Free high speed WIFI and Spectrum Cable Vision TV and Roku.

Comfortable, high quality SEALY beds.
A Queen bed in one bedroom and two Twin beds in the other.
A full/double sized Convert-A-Couch in the living room can sleep an additional guest or two small guests or children.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a full-size glass top stove/oven, full sized refrigerator and full sized dishwasher. An abundance of cookware and utensils for meal preparation and serving.

Large 6 x 3-foot dining table with seating for 6. It also makes a great place for working or playing cards or board games.

Well-lit condo, with lots of natural light during the day and ample ceiling lighting at night. Window coverings on all windows to suit individual privacy and light preferences.

2 NEW HOT TUBS with powerful massaging jets. Maintained at a therapeutic 104 degrees F.

Convenient and secured HOA laundry 10 feet away, with newer commercial large capacity washers and dryers.

Gas Weber BBQs, well maintained by the HOA, Close to the condo.

Underground free, secured, heated parking space (1). Additional public parking across the street.

DOGS, okay with prior approval and one time payment of $135.00 dog fee. Guests must contact me before booking. 2 dog maximum. No cats permitted.

I do not have to split my rents with a management company thereby affording me the opportunity to offer more reasonable rates than others.

Unmatched hospitality!

The property is exactly what was promised. It’s an affordable stay in a great location that’s walking distance from everything. But what makes this property stand out is Jason the host! I, (Jason Galt) was raised in the DC metropolitan area. I moved to San Diego in 1985 to attend the University of San Diego after graduating from the University of Maryland.
After visiting Telluride for over 25 years, in 2005, I decided to make it my full time home. Skiing, Hiking, Mountain Biking and attending the many summer festivals make Telluride great.

Why they chose this property

The Cimarron Lodge located at the base of Chairlift 7, is the most convenient place to start the day in Telluride in the Winter.
Ski Rentals, Lift Ticket Sales and Complimentary Ski Lockers are located IN the complex.
It also houses a coffee shop, salon, and other businesses.
Its West End location provides a quiet Riverside setting, yet easy accessibility to town's activities via the scenic River Trail path or the Galloping Goose FREE town SHUTTLE bus.
The Lodge underwent a multi million dollar exterior renovation and is commensurate with the natural beauty which surrounds it.
Your host Jason Galt lives just across the street and is available to answer questions or provide local hints.

What makes this property unique

The slope side condo is on the first level. No climbing flights of stairs with heavy luggage or after a strenuous day on the mountain.
The condo is set two steps below grade which keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Convenient short term parking area alongside the condo for easy loading and unloading.
Free secure, indoor, heated parking for one vehicle. Such parking is very rare in Telluride.
