This beautifully appointed penthouse condo features two bedrooms and bunk beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. At Pelican Isle, you can enjoy breathtaking views and tranquility, offering the perfect Gulf Coast getaway. Plus, benefit from complimentary parking and free Wi-Fi!
This condo is truly a gem for vacationers! From the gorgeous coastal paint throughout to the crown molding lining all the ceilings, every detail adds to the charm. It has all the comforts of home, making it the perfect choice for your getaway. Granite kitchen countertops make meal prep fun and easy, while individual TVs in each of the bunks make bedtime exciting for the kids.
The tall balcony furniture offers amazing views and comfort, ideal for watching sunrises and sunsets. This top-floor penthouse at Pelican Isle is a dream rental, so if it's available, book it quickly before it's gone!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.

They stated it was the ice maker and would need repaired. We had to purchase ice for the duration of our stay. Although carpet is in the master bedroom, it was new and clean.
