You'll enjoy outdoor living at its finest with our resort style backyard features: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong, BBQ, outdoor fireplace. Within 10 mile radius to several universities including Azusa Pacific, Cal Poly, Claremont & Pomona Colleges, La Verne University. 20 miles to Rose Bowl, 4 miles to Metro Gold Line, 7 miles to Pomona Fairplex, 50 miles to Laguna Beach.
The entire house is equipped with fiber optic internet (WIFI) that offers excellent speed. New central air conditioning and heating system throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker as well as electric water kettle for the tea lovers.
Outdoor entertainment area has plenty of cabinetry, large BBQ grill, dining set, bar and stools. There is also outdoor hot & cold showers for you to use before and/or after using the jacuzzi and sauna. Additional seating area in front of the outdoor fireplace offers full view of the backyard. The deck provides additional dining area and is completely fenced with gates and security latches.
Quiet time in back yard at 9 pm. $400 utility cap including water, electricity and gas per month.

Great location for a getaway

The property was quite comfortable and well furnished. The weather did not allow us to enjoy much of the outdoors, but the house has good lighting throughout and comfy furniture in two sitting rooms for reading anad other indoor pursuits. The Netflix subscription was another good perk for indoor leisure. We needed to contact our hosts only once and they made themselves available immediately and solved our problem.

Amazing home!

We were attending a nearby event so this location was perfect for us. The kids especially enjoyed it as the grounds were perfect for kids. We had a little bit of an ant issue but I got some winded and it cleared it right up. Being a resident of Santa Barbara a few years ago this is quite normal. The AC was great. The house set up was perfect & Ara was amazing and attentive to every question.

Perfect house for quality time with family and friends

I met Ara during our check-in. We messaged him when we were 15 minutes away and he met us at the house. He gave us a tour of the home. He showed us how to work the jacuzzi, sauna, etc. Ara was very nice and answered any questions we had prior, during, and after our stay! There’s plenty of parking on the drive way (easily 4 cars). Guest can park on the street on Friday and Saturday night and on holidays. The house was in clean condition (exactly as pictured in the photos). There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, and shampoo/conditioner. There were even bottles of waters provided for us. We greatly enjoyed the backyard! We used everything (pool, jacuzzi, grill, ping pong table, basketball court) except the sauna as it was a pretty warm in July. Ara and Heddy allowed my husband and I to have food catered for a small gathering of friends and family for our one year anniversary. They did not charge us an event fee but just extra insurance and cleaning fee for that day. It was the perfect space to spend time with our closest loved ones. They have disconnected the front fountains as they are “noisy” at night. We only wanted it on as our friends arrived but it was not a big deal at all. My husband and I are thinking of booking this as our annual getaway. Truly a great space to spend quality time with family and friends.

Our family loved the options available here! We grilled, ate under the cabana, swam, played ping pong and basketball, then soaked up the warmth of the hot tub in the evenings. We slept comfortably with nice linens and beds. The converted garage was perfect for the kids and movies.

Owners were really nice and welcoming. The home is beautiful and very well kept. As far as the backyard it’s breathtaking, gorgeous, fantastic and the best landscaped yard I’ve seen. This house is one of the best places we stayed. Ara greeted us and showed us the property. Yes, the backyard is fantastic; we spent most of time hanging out at a pool, shooting basketball, and eating at a patios. Inside is beautifuly remodeled, it’s very clean and organized. Comfortable beds, nice white fluffy towels even bottled water are waiting. Although most of owners request to start dishes and remove bedding at the check out, Ara said “ Don’t worry, we will talke care of it.” This was a true vacation!! We were able to celebrate our son’s birthday and 4th of July. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home. Our son conveniently commuted everyday to and from Harvey Mudd College during our stay.

It was a delight to stay with Ara and Heddy. The house is immaculate and the backyard is even better than the pictures. They had everything a guest would need and even stocked the kitchen with bottled water which was so thoughtful. A group of friends stayed here for a college reunion at Pomona and everyone really enjoyed staying at the house. What a wonderful property!

Comfort and Amenities Away from it ALL!

We stayed at this lovely home the week of Jan. 21, 2018, and were very pleased with every aspect. The owners were kind and gracious. They responded quickly to texts and Home Away messages, and met any requests to the best of their capabilities. This house is FULLY stocked with everything you need. I brought some stuff to be safe but it was not needed. The kitchen has all cooking needs from pots and pans to plastic forks to cleaning supplies and a Kureg (with K cups). The laundry area even had detergent and stain remover. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and even had full AND travel sized toiletries (which was a nice surprise). All the rooms were clean and spacious. Each had a good sized closet with a huge walk-in in the master. They did a great job of putting storage anywhere possible to give a great homey-feeling. There was plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and paper products. The backyard is WONDERFUL! Our only complaint was not scheduling ourselves more time to spend out there. Hot tub was a good temp., plenty of seating areas, and there was a basketball and soccer ball for the kids, and an air pump if needed. Travel times were not bad. We drove 45-65 minutes to Disneyland depending on traffic, as well as about a 45 min trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific. There are also TONS a great local eateries and delivery restaurants within 10 min., as well as grocery stores. This home was like staying in a hotel without having to share/be around other people. It sits in a quiet neighborhood where you could see people cared for their homes. Overall, whether you are traveling with just adults or a family with children (as we did), this house fits everyone's needs, and the mountain view is perfect!

Fantastic Property!!!

My husband and I booked this property for our wedding weekend! My family was travelling from the east coast and stayed at the house while in town. There was plenty of space, and the house is fully stocked with everything you could need - plenty of extra towels, beach towels, bedding, kitchen cookware and even some toiletries. It's also super close to restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, Target, etc. Ara & Heddy were wonderful hosts. They live close, so they're able to stop by to answer any questions you might have. They agreed to let us have our wedding "reception" at the house which was a catered BBQ with around 40 guests. All we had to do was pay an extra fee for event insurance. Our guests loved the property, and we are already planning on booking again just to enjoy the backyard! I seriously can't say enough good things about the property and our stay here!!!

Amazing home

Beautiful and fully functional

We rented this house to host my sisters bachelorette party weekend as well as bridal shower, we had plenty of seating for her bridal shower and everything about the house was beautiful and just wonderful. They gave us a walkthrough of the house upon arrival which was helpful to make sure we knew how to use everything and controls for everything, which light switches turned on which lights outside was helpful as some are kind of hidden, how to use the the suana, spa controls, etc the walkthrough was great. They had everything we needed, from towels, blankets, dishes, serving dishes, even provided toilet paper, papertowels, dish soap, etc. there was plenty of room for everyone to sit and sleep comfortably, the movie room was a cool extra space for us all to fit. This is such a beautiful home and perfect location for our visitors coming from all around Southern California. Friday night we took uber to and from PianoPiano and had a blast! Great place for a bachelorette party night out and close to the house. My only suggestion of something they could add are some Tupperware cups to use while out at the pool and a device to plug in our phones for some music. We ended up getting our own cups and had a girl bring her little speaker so no big deal at all but would be a nice thing to maybe add. I might suggest adding an area fan to that movie room, it got a little hot as that is where we all sat to watch bride open gifts. All and all it was an awesome house to host such an event with so many people, everything went perfectly and I would completely Reccommend! Thank you!

Awesome property and wonderful host!

Our familly had the best vacation in this multi-amenities property. Everything was beautifully maintenance and well-service. There's an activity for everyone in the family. Our gracious host have thought of everything, towels, soaps/conditions, garbage bag...down to a well-stock spice stack. The property is also convenient located to local supermarket, costco/walmart. Plenty of local fine eateries are also closed by for any breakaway meals. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Thank you,Heddy and Ara!

Pure paradise!

Ara and Heddy were amazing hosts. They met us late due to our arrival time of 10PM and were very accommodating. They showed us around their property and provided us many comforts of home. They made sure that we had a contact number in case of emergency or any issues that may have come up . Their home was beautiful and I loved the large kitchen. But by far, the best part of their home was how they had made their backyard an incredible paradise, literally an oasis. Every morning I would get up and have my coffee out by the fireplace and that is where I would end my evenings with my glass of wine. We had a wonderful BBQ with our family we were visiting in their outdoor kitchen and patio area. And it was great that most days our nephew enjoyed the pool, ping pong and basketball. And there were times that my husband and I were able to unwind in the spa before going over to the fire pit to enjoy our evening beverage. Despite a very busy schedule due to the family wedding we were attending, we always made sure to come back to our home away from home and enjoy the beautiful grounds. It was our first time to use Home Away and was a great introduction. What a great alternative to paying for a hotel!

Amazing Backyard

We stayed at this house for our daughter's college graduation weekend. We had different family members coming from all over California. Our stay was amazing and it was so nice to have the amazing backyard where everyone could hang out. The house had everything we needed for the weekend. I would recommend this house to anyone.

In town for husband's 25th reunion at Pomona College. This house was perfect for us. Kids 9 and 13yo. Much better than staying in cramped hotel room. My kids were kept busy swimming. Playing basketball. Ping pong. I really enjoyed the hot tub and Sauna and grilling outside in the outdoor kitchen. The Wifi was very good. The neighborhood was quiet. Not too far from campus but you do need a car. Great Sushi spot Miyako Sushi not too far down the road. Plenty of space. Owners let us check in early and very easy to work with.
