Clean, neat, and very attentive owners / managers

The condo was perfect for our 2 month stay. The location was excellent. The property was very clean and well appointed. The management and owners could not have been more receptive. The only downside to the experience is that the surrounding grounds are not very well kept. No fault of the owner but there should be some improvement on the part of the condo association.

Great place!

This condo was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Jim & Susan were so nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay in one of their units again!

Clean, comfortable, new.

I really enjoyed staying with Jim and his property manager Susan. I was in Memphis for 3 months during a project for my job. This apartment was a real home away from home.

Great Place, Great Furniture, Great Appliances.

Its was a great experience. I hated to leave. I would live there for a long time. The place was nice. The landlord was great. The price was great. I would recommend it to any one. Pet friendly which is great.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because it is located in Germantown, TN, a suburb of Memphis. I often say that the biggest complement I can pay to Germantown is that it is where my family resides and my children attend their public schools.

What makes this property unique

I originally purchased this property intending to do standard, unfurnished, 12 month leases. There is strong demand, for rentals, in Germantown because of the schools but very limited demand. I soon found out that a market existed for long-term furnished rental.
