Edgewater 71 is located directly beach front and offers magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Centrally located in Gulf Shores the condo is only minutes away from the islands best dining shopping and local attractions. The east corner location is perfect for catching the beautiful sunrise with your morning coffee! This 7th floor 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom condo will be perfect for making beachside memories. The living room décor will get you in the beach state of mind and allows a perfect view of the gulf from the floor to ceiling windows. The balcony is enclosed and has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors so you can feel the salt air if you choose. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the dining table.

Feel right at home in the primary bedroom's king size bed. You also have access to the gulf front balcony through sliding glass doors. The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk-in shower. In the second bedroom you will find a queen size bed and there is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. If you need additional sleeping area there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this vacation rental to comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

There is a full-size washer & dryer and free Wi-Fi. A maximum of 2 parking passes are permitted and this condo does not allow monthly rentals. You Must be 25 years of age or older to rent and no smoking is permitted. No pets Allowed.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
