This funky hand-renovated horse barn has 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area. Open living space features a vintage fireplace and media center. Huge patio with outdoor dining and firepit.

The house was great to stay at. Very secluded and easy to find. The host provided great instructions to ensure we found the correct house with no issues and was very close to Oglebay. The house was very clean and spacious.

Hilary was a very good communicator. The place was picturesque and clean. Once we figured out the heaters we were very comfortable and cozy. It was nice to have plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, toiletries and dish-wear. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet.

We rented two properties, the Run In Barn and the Lost Tiny House. The properties were immaculate, the decor thoughtful, supplies complete. Fair warning though ... The Run In Barn is best suited for 2 couples (2 rooms with king size beds, one with an en suite bathroom) plus 4 middle schoolers or short teens (two bunk beds). And the Lost Tiny House is best suited for a young couple or a spry middle aged couple and one or two teens. I took the Lost Tiny House, and I loved the setting, the amenities, the decor, the thoughtful host touched. But I felt uncomfortable climbing a ladder into the loft (I'm a fairly mobile 73 year old woman), so I had to make a sleeping "nest" on the fold down sofa (more like a love seat) bed, with the comforters and sheets gathered from the loft beds. If my older husband had been with me, we would have had to kick one of my brothers out of the Run In Barn, and neither of them (both over 65 and 6 feet) would have been super comfortable in the loft. So pay attention to the property descriptions ! 40 years ago, it would have been perfect for me!

This was a great rental far enpugh from Wheeling and Tridelphia to see the stars but close enough to not be an inconvenience. We were in town for a roller derby tournament so it was nice to have multiple showers and a full laundry room to wash our uniforms each night after playing.

Our stay at Innisfree Farms could not have been more perfect. From the moment we drove down the lane to the Run In Barn I loved it. The scenery was lovely, everything in the house was clean and we were provided with everything thing we needed for our stay. After a little grocery shopping in Triadelphia we fixed most of our meals there. The kitchen was updated so well. I especially loved the openness of the whole living area. There are so many things to notice that are unique and little surprises that made me smile. Their use of the horse barn as a home is special and so comfortable. A must when staying in the tri-state area.

Lovely place. Great music selection! They had one of our "unusual" games. Close to Olgebay and Wheeling. Responded quickly to any questions. Will return and have recommended to friends and family.WWill return and have recommened it to
