This property was exactly as advertised. A great location in lampton shores with spacious living area, great outdoor space and so close to the beach you could hear the waves on a quiet night. Our large group enjoyed a great visit.

Our family had a great time at this place! We loved the covered-deck and spent a good portion of our day on it enjoying our morning coffee, playing games with our grandchildren, soaking up the beautiful weather and even watching a rain storm one day. We spent lots of time at the beach which was the main reason we looked at this area. We also liked being so close to numerous amenities. FYI- Rob’s Fry Shack has the best poutine and Joey Little’s pizza was great. Ipperwash Beach Escape was close enough to home to make those back and forth trips while still feeling as if we were on vacation and we hope we’re able to return next year!

Great location, close to family which is what we wanted. Quick walk to the beach. Plenty of space. The house was clean overall but definitely could use some deep cleaning- dusting, spiderwebs, etc.

Very lovely cottage close to beach.only down side not enough pots and pans like for cooking breakfast. Would definitely go back.

The location was nice and it was a nice cottage overall. The beach was in walking distance from the cottage but well more than 'just steps away from the beach' as the ad said (closer to about 1km away).Inside the cottage was cleanly but ironically despite what the ad said about 'no hidden fees', an additional fee was requested by the host to include bedsheets on the beds for our stay. Not something we have ever encountered before. The outdoor area was inviting but the patio furniture and BBQ had obviously not been used or cleaned since the previous season and was covered in cobwebs as well. Overall we had a fine stay but for the price would have expected it to be more accurate to the listing and welcoming.

Ipperwash beach area

Glamping. The house was very comfortable and clean and more high end than we expected.We had campfires and barbecues Enjoyed a meal at local restaurant. Shopping at local markets and stores.

Everything was wonderful. The cottage was clean, close to the beach and all the 4 bedrooms were spacious. Excellent vacation.
