All guests must enter through the Monroe Street gate. Your name will be added to the guest list with the guard gate prior to check-in for smooth entry.

You’ll have full access to the house and private casita, with the exception of the garage, reserved for owner storage.

Enjoy community pools, gym access, two driveways, and ample off-street parking. Conveniently located right across from Empire Polo Grounds.

The house was perfect. Clean, organized, well taken care of, comfy beds, nice linens, coffee pods, and all the little things that make a house a home. 100% recommend this property to others headed to Indio for a long weekend!

What makes our property unique is that we actually use our property and designed it to accommodate our toddler son and us. And we thought about elements to add that our GUESTS would love, as if we were welcoming them into our home and wanted them to feel at home.
