We appreciate how easy it was to rent. Plus the fair prive. The room is actuality nice. We were in a accident where i was hurt pretty badly. I have to do alot of medicql appointments before i will be allowed to return to Colorado. So we appreciate the ease at renting.
This was a nightmare!!! I left right after I checked in
The place was filthy, the furniture, and bed were dirty! Nothing as described in the advertisement! There were also bugs in the room, and it was a very unsafe area, with people loitering about. I did not stay there, and had to pay for another hotel. I am currently waiting for a FULL refund from this nightmare hotel!!!
We have enjoyed our stay. But please check the door aa you come in. It has alot of room between the door itself and the door frame. Enough for a bug to fly into the room. Or to feel a brisk cold wind coming thru. Also most of thr front desk employees are very nice. Buy i really disappointed me when my husband and i missed exchanging our towels. My husband went down to the front desk at around 2:30 pm and was talked to rudely and was told so sorry he would have to wait till the next morning. I needed to take a shower before my early.morning medical appointment and could not. I have worked in hotels alot in the past. We never refused to exchange the towels for a customer. He took the towels down and could not even exchange them. It really made me sad to see you allow yoir office employees treat the customers like that. I could see it if we bugged them all the time. But we barely even ask for anything. I hope your employees improve their attitude. Because customers are what makes your business and with out them you would not have jobs.f9r them.
