Well equipped kitchen, plenty of indoor & outdoor games & twinkly lights outside.Beds were comfortable & the house had plenty of charm. There was a large dining room table with candles provided.Garbage disposal was convenient. Plenty of firewood was available for the hot tub & fire pit.The small lake was OK, but a bit weedy. There were lots of kayaks & a pedal boat available.Sleeping 12 would be a stretch...there were 5 bedrooms, each with one double bed. It should also be noted that the property is in a small village, although the swimming area is very private.Aside from these quibbles, we had a very enjoyable stay.

This house was a nice mix of charming historical home and modern amenities. The surrounding areas in fall were beautiful. This would be a great place for a larger group with five bedrooms, a large dining room and spacious kitchen.

The kitchen was nicely equipped. We cooked every night that we were there. There was equipment such as playpen and highchair for our toddler niece. The hosts were very prompt with communication. Rooms often are smaller than the listing pictures appear but overall the house was fine. [One of the bedrooms was quite crowded with a queen bed in it; all the others were fine.] The pictures also made the property seem more private but while the neighboring houses were closer than I expected they were not too close. The living room was comfortable and the dining room had room for everyone. We were very satisfied with the rental.

Grande demeure chaleureuse et très bien équipée.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cour arrière avec son pit à feu, sa longue table pouvant accueillir 12 personnes et son spa au bois. Le lac est accessible en descendant un long escalier de bois, et quatre kayaks ainsi qu’un pédalo étaient mis à notre disposition.

Maison chaleureuse, nous cherchions un endroit pour nous réunir avec les petits enfants, c’était parfait ! Belle grande cuisine pour préparer à manger, salle à manger spacieuse. Le décor est charmant.
