Perfect stay perfect location. Villa La Estancia is a luxury resort condo. Exactly as described. Great for 2 couples or family. So many food choices. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds.

Our family had an amazing stay! The accommodations were top notch. I especially loved the large master bath. All of the furniture was in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked and we had all the things we needed for day to day living. The view from the balcony was beautiful and there is an unobstructed view of the water and the arch. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and would absolutely stay here again if we go back to Cabo! Highly recommend!

Fantastic! Exceptional Villa and Resort.

My Family and I stayed at the resort for two weeks. Everything was fantastic; the communication with Serena was excellent, the Villa was beyond perfect, and the resort was the best. All in all a fantastic family vacation!

Villa la Estancia is located on Medano Beach which is actually swimmable most of the time during the year. It can however be dangerous and not conducive to swimming at times due to weather conditions in the Pacific Ocean and unfortunately this must have been the case during your visit. We are sorry if this diminished your stay at Villa la Estancia.

Great family vacation

Our stay in 1305 was nothing short of "great". The resort was clean and close to everything. The condo was spacious and the décor was perfect. We have been to many places and by far, this was our best vacation so far. We will be staying at Villa la Estancia again real soon.

Loved everything about out stay!!

We had an amazing time during our stay. The unit was furnished with everything we needed, was extremely clean, lots of space, the views were incredible, and the resort and staff were wonderful. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even more beautiful in person. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Getaway!

A hidden gem! Loved this villa -- updated, spacious and Serena wonderful to work with. Was with 3 other women but plan to come back with my family! Loved the location -- easy to get to town. And food wonderful on premise too!

Beautiful Villa

This is a beautiful unit. It was very well kept and had a beautiful view. The owners were extremely helpful with information before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cabo. We are already dreaming about our return!
