Loved how close the apartment was to everything! Very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed and more (kids loved the video game and open space). Highly recommend!

This penthouse has the best views of the city from every room! You cannot beat this view. Period. The penthouse is spacious, clean, and in a very safe area. The air conditioning worked well, which was nice after walking around the city all day. Subway stops are just blocks away and easy to get to, and the Jubilee market is right around the corner if you need groceries. Check-in was easy and fast and the Penthouse is exactly as described and photographed in the VRBO listing. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you!

Large and Comfy Apartment in the Heart of Manhattan

A great and spacey apartment in the middle of Manhattan, hosted comfortably a family of 7. Fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 bathroom. The host is very reachable and does everything for the comfort of the guests.

Stunning penthouse apartment in a fantastic location, loads of great restaurants nearby as well as shops and Fulton St tube is nearby which goes direct to all the main tourist areas. All the bedrooms and balcony have breathtaking views across Manhattan. The building also has communal areas such as a roof terrace and gym which was an added bonus! Communication with the host Elizabeth was great and check in and check out were really smooth. All in all we had such an amazing holiday staying here and would highly recommend.

New building, great location. We definitely enjoyed our stay with 6 guests. Building has some common area amenities as well. Very clean, team was responsive. FiDi area is very walkable but also two blocks from train. A few minor items to be repaired but would stay again.

The building is new and beautiful. The check in was easy. Upon arrival the door to the balcony was broken. Was told by Elizabeth someone to fix in the morning the next day. The toilet seat was too small and not working in our bedroom bathroom combo. The bed broke and the mattress fell on one side. My husband had to temporarily fix it and our shower floor was filthy. I started messaging Elizabeth at around 7:00 AM the day after we arrived to tell her all of this. There was no response by 9:30 so we called VRBO. They tried calling the owner multiple times. No luck. So they said if it wasn’t fixed that day they would get us in other accommodations. Finally heard back at around 12:15 PM. Said it would all be fixed. Went back and forth telling me someone cleaned but didn’t. Too long to type. Finally was all fixed at 10:15 PM. Door to balcony fixed on 3rd day. Third day woke up happy at least the bed and toilet seat was fixed. They offered to send cleaning crew that morning we said great. Cleaning crew came. Then midday I got accused of calling VRBO saying none of the things were fixed but clearly that was an old message from the day before. Elizabeth said I should be grateful for how hard they worked to fix everything. Place is great. Issues resolved. But I wouldn’t stay again.

Wonderful view! My daughter said It doesn’t look real. The apartment is very centrally located. The Brooklyn Bridge, the ferry terminal for the Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, and the 9/11 Memorial are all within walking distance.

Amazing stay in FiDi! The apartment had incredible views and was exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything downtown has to offer. The host was amazing—very helpful, professional, and responded quickly anytime we had a question. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and made our trip even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
