House is cute and clean. Neighborhood is OLD with abandoned homes and some in disrepair. We had zero issues while staying in the neighborhood but it is VERY modest neighborhood. I looked the home up and saw it sold for 40,000 in 2020. We were there for a work trip and is was a group of guys. I would rent again but might ask for a better price. Ask for address prior to renting. Do a google search and look around neighborhood. You decide if the neighborhood is right for you. Again it was fine for this trip but other trips, a definite no with family members. I really hated writing this but an out of towner and not knowing the area, I would have liked to know more about neighborhood before renting.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house is on a quiet street and very close to the downtown area for easy access to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, everything was nice and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked. We enjoyed looking around at the antiques in every room. Check in and check out were both very easy. Thanks for hosting us!
