Great house that was perfect for our group; three families of four. The layout was good, the kitchen was updated with everything we needed, and the outdoor space was ideal. Would definitely recommend for families.

We really enjoyed the property and our grandkids especially loved the pool. We had plenty of room for our families and we especially loved the large, bright kitchen. The poolside dining was also a hit. We are already talking about renting it again next year.

The house and property was the perfect setting for our family and pups to enjoy some quality time together. Check in was a smooth process and communication with the host was excellent. As we travel with our dogs, this pet-friendly home made our trip perfect. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the private pool and the outdoor patio area while the pups had plenty of space to run and play in the fenced in backyard. The game room had plenty of activities to keep us busy as well. The kitchen was a pleasure to use which included well labeled cabinets to help us locate various cooking items which was also well equipped for the things that we needed to make home cooked meals. The trips over to Anna Maria Island were a delight and the beaches were beautiful. The home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay!

The hosts were wonderful! Communication was quick and easy. The shower head cracked and they sent out a handy man immediately to fix it. The house was beautiful and setup great for our family of 12. The kitchen was well equipped and wonderful for cooking and gathering the whole family in. The pool was like a resort and so grateful it was a salt water pool. The game room was perfect for our kids and even the adults enjoyed the pool table wait hockey table. It was only 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island too! We will definitely be coming to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely stunning. The house was absolutely perfect and was more than enough space for my ten guests. The kids lived in the pool and made their room and bunk beds their own. The bedrooms all had plenty of space and we made a lot of use out of the beach gear every day. Can’t say enough about the timeliness of response from our hosts and the check ins a long the way. Neighborhood was superb as well and walking distance to the bay made nightly after dinner strolls a must. Family is already bugging me about when we are going back and I have to agree it was the best vacation ever.

We loved staying here! We had a large age range (kids, teens, adults) and everyone had enough space, things to do, etc. The kids loved the Captain's Quarters bunkhouse and everyone enjoyed the Game Room. The pool was clean, warm, and the perfect size. It was great having the grill! Close to everything. The house was clean and well-stocked. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recomend!

Wonderful home for family gatherings

Our group included 10 family members ranging in age from 12 to 63. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved having the pool and game room. The adults enjoyed visiting in the outside covered dining area. Location is in a nice area close to shopping and several beach areas. Easy communication with our hosts. Lovely stay all around. Highly recommend!

Family gateaway

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. We did encounter a minor issue, but it was addressed promptly and professionally by the host. The location is excellent—just a short distance from various stores and the beach, which made everything super convenient. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience—would definitely recommend!
