Great Open Spaces

This property is brand new to VRBO. The owner is clearly doing some great upgrades. The property is huge with really big rooms and each bedroom has an en-suite. It sits on a lovely lake. Very picturesque. The neighborhood is super quiet and it was easy to access the highways. We would definitely stay again.

Renters Beware

The only plus in renting this property was the view... though I had to open the doors to see it clearly due to the filthy windows. This house shoukd be removed from the VRBO listings. It was in great disrepair, dirty, and sparsely furnished. The owner, Todd Pilot, was very slow to respond to our concerns and did not make an effort to make it right. I was initially offered an early check-in, but moments before my family and I were due to arrive, he reneged, leaving us to redirect and shift our plans. When we arrived at the standard check-in time, the house was still not ready, cleaners still inside, while we waited - on one of the hottest days of the year - outside. The home, nor this homeowner, is adequately prepared for rentals.
