Premier Nederland Mountain Lake Chalet 10 Minutes From Eldora Ski Resort !

A one-of-a-kind chalet with an unbelievable view and amenities. The wrap around deck provides extraordinary vistas in every direction. You will see nothing but lake, mountains, ski runs and stars as you relax in the therapeutic hot tub, kept toasty all the time (no guilt necessary as our solar systems offsets 100% of energy use). Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath chalet can sleep 10 (3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 4 twin bunk beds and a porta-crib for the wee one). All linens and plush towels will welcome you. There are smart TVs on each floor, fast WIFI, a loft office area (desk and laser printer) with an elliptical trainer and weights & a magical view certain to inspire your workout. The full kitchen with granite and new appliances has everything you need for festive meals. There is a washer/dryer and a 360 ft well with water so pure you'll want to bottle it and take some home!
The Lower level has its own deck and both inside and outside entrances with an incredible view that is hard to imagine. It also has a family room for the lower level bedrooms.
Hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, tennis, pickle ball, fishing, bird watching, horseback riding, mountain climbing, technical rock climbing and everything in between is available; or just lounge around in the middle of one of the most beautiful places on earth! And.... Nederland has great eating and drinking establishments and unique shops 2 minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk on the lake trail. We have a real movie theater on the weekends with first run movies, popcorn $1.00, candy and drinks at prices from the 1960s.
You can see the trails of Eldora Ski Resort from the deck, which is a 10 minute car ride (you can rent all the ski and board gear you need there). Hiking trails abound in the area including a few that start at the back door! Fish away in the chilly waters just a hop, skip and jump from the house. You will never see boats or swimmers in the pristine lake….!
The house is ideal for family vacations. The dining table seats 12 and the kitchen has all the gear and appliances to make hearty and festive meals just like at home (including an outdoor gas grill). The layout of the house is perfect for multi-family stays or to separate the kids, giving mom and dad peace and quiet.
If you are coming to ski or snowboard you probably know the cost is half that of the big name resorts. And Eldora is known for getting great snow all winter long. A hidden and little-known treasure!
Experience the Colorado Rockies close up and personal while only 20 minutes from one of the coolest cities in America, Boulder, home to Sundance Film Festival in January. An hour drive puts you in the heart of Denver where you can enjoy world class arts, sporting events and city life.
